Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 4 working days of receiving your order to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization.

Tracking: Ensure you retain the tracking number for your return. TAC is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item. Items that do not meet the return criteria (e.g., used, damaged) will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
