TAC Return and Exchange Policy

At TAC, we are committed to your satisfaction and providing high-quality African-inspired products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item is free of any body odors, fragrances, lint, or hair.
  • The return is initiated within 4 working days of the item being confirmed as delivered.
  • The item is in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

Please note that accessories and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item that has been opened, worn, or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 4 working days of receiving your order to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization.

  2. Return Shipping: Once you have received return authorization, please send your item to:

    Include your order number and a note specifying whether you’d like a refund or exchange.

  3. Tracking: Ensure you retain the tracking number for your return. TAC is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item. Items that do not meet the return criteria (e.g., used, damaged) will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 working days after the returned item is confirmed as received by our warehouse.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please specify this in the note included with your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you requested is unavailable, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • TAC offers free shipping within the US for orders over $75.
  • For orders over $100, we offer a mystery gift as a token of appreciation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company; processing times may vary.
